Secure Sites


Here at Gojira Web Design ALL our sites are protected by SSL certificates, which protect visitors’ data by keeping it secure when they communicate with your site via contact forms, e-commerce etc. This is indicated by HTTPS and a padlock next to the web address in Chrome and Firefox, as in the image below. New sites will automatically have a HTTPS address as part of the package.


Since January 2017 if your website is not secure Google’s Chrome browser, along with Mozilla’s Firefox, will show this up in the address bar – it will look something like:
ⓘ This affects the trustworthiness of your website and your Google search rankings. If your website address starts with HTTP that means it does not have a SSL Certificate.
